2023 Königsberg Kabinett

The grapes used for this Kabinett are harvested from a slightly higher plot. Only harvested once fully ripened, the grapes have a moderate must content on account of the altitude they are grown at. This typical fruity Mosel Kabinett therefore features a mature nose and fresh acidity whilst being relatively low in alcohol. A “Cool Climate Wine” as a real rarity in times of climate change.
