Pinot Noir and Rosé

The different shale soils found by the Mosel offer the perfect conditions not just for the Riesling grape but also, and above all, the Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) grape. Depending on the vintage, it is used to make either red wine or Blanc de Noirs, or becomes part of the cuvée for our Rosé.
