2023 Königsberg Spätlese

The Riesling Spätlese from the 2023 vintage comes from a higher plot in Trabener Königsberg. Due to the exposed location and the greater distance from the river, the temperature differences between day and night are higher, and the vines also dry out quickly after rainfall due to the always present wind. We therefore always harvest the healthy and aromatic grapes towards the end of the wine harvest. This Spätlese presents itself delicately, with pleasantly integrated ripe acidity and aromas, which is already accessible and still has pronounced storage potential.
