2022 Pinot Noir "Blanc de Noirs"

The red Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) grapes are pressed immediately after the harvest so that only a small proportion of the colour contained in the skins finds its way into the juice. The Spätburgunder wine features a shimmering, delicate pink colour, is completely dry yet also balanced and delicate on the palate.
