2022 Pinot Blanc

Part of the harvest was fermented in stainless steel and part in small wooden barrels. The reductive aging in stainless steel gives the wine its typical Pinot Blanc fruit of bright, yellow fruits. Fermentation in wooden barrels and storage on the yeast ensure harmony and full-bodiedness. In the final cuvée, both components form a well-rounded overall picture.
