2018 Riesling Sekt brut
Produced using the traditional method of bottle fermentation, the Sekt is aged on the lees for a minimum of nine months, but sometimes for considerably longer, giving it its fine sparkle. This ensures a fine, delicate effervescence on the palate. The nose of our Sekts is defined more by fruitiness than yeastiness.
