It is only in years that bring especially favourable weather conditions during October that we are able to produce a Beerenauslese or Trockenbeerenauslese. The grapes affected by noble rot dry up and we press the raisins to extract the highly concentrated juice. These wonderful specialities are served on special occasions to accompany the dessert course, or as a dessert in themselves.
